.When Abagail first started the symptoms the doctors said it was just a passing phrase of nausea and gave her some medications. She was a brave girl and always smiled and shrugged off whatever life threw at her with smiles and displayed a strong sense of determination to improve and remain strong. As her condition deteriorated she started vomiting and throwing up bile.
No one could really say when her condition started because the progress was so subtle. her gradual decline was rapid and impossible to replicate under any conditions. Doctors were guessing as the family speculated. Amongst all the various speculations, only one person had an almost perfect guess about how it started but even she was NOT aware how it would end.
Dorothy who was 8 years old and teething was dreaming. She was thinking back to the day she saw Abagail change. It all started when Dorothy stumbled into Abagail's room and saw her big sister who she adored putting on really red lipstick. It was REALLY red and not just the red that most girls wore. She curiously watched her elder sister as her sister continued with her business and finally Abagail told Dorothy she was going to try an experiment. She had learnt from the internet that if she stood in front of a mirror, bit into a red apple and dressed in red during the first night of the full moon exactly at 3:13am she would be able to see her future husband in the mirror. Like all girls her age she was curious about how her future man would look like.
3:13am came and went and the ritual was done. Nothing happened. Abagail got bored and washed off her makeup before retiring to bed. The coughs started just hours later and in the next morning her condition began.
A week after Abagail's death, Dorothy started to research and did some reading on the "
mirror game". As Dorothy read her face became contorted with fear. She fainted and her mom found her daughter unconscious in front of a flickering PC monitor....the screen read...
"Stand facing the mirror...DO NOT wear red...there have been people whos friends have changed the instructions in order to sabotage them. Preferred color is light green which is the color of nature and love anything is fine except red which is the color of blood and death. Be warned that people have suffered the consequences so please read carefully before continuing this game....now stand facing the mirror....take one bright red apple..."

This story took place in a Tampines HDB flat back in 2007. The boy In the image is called Razali or simply Ali. Since he was around 15-16 months old he had been learning to make all kinds of sounds with his mouth and tongue. This was the reason no one took him seriously when he started to crying and pointing at empty areas in the home and while screaming "nana" or "Amah". When it started everyone found it cute and no one got concerned.
All of a sudden it stopped. Ali would still call out to "Amah" however it all seemed somewhat different. It only occurred to us later what the change was. By then it was way too late.
About 3 months after it started Ali celebrated his cousin's birthday and his parents thought it would be a great idea to take a photo of him while he sat on an arm chair. When he was being brought to the chair he kept smiling and calling "Amah". At that point no one felt it was funny and proceeded to snap the photo.
By the end of the evening, Ali was missing. No one saw him leave the home nor was he being carried by anyone. A complete search of the apartment was done with the police when they arrived. Ali was never found.
Two weeks later when the photo flim was developed, everyone had a grasp. The above photo speaks for itself. In it showed clearly a woman figure beside Ali in his final photoshoot. For the record, the family had grandma who was still living and looked NOTHING like that thing in the photo. No one in the family could make any sense of the photo or identify it.
