Netizens shared a video online showing what appears to be a delivery driver who had lost his cool with a local parking enforcement warden. He laments about the parking fines and how the warden makes people like him have a miserable livelihood. He also reminds the warden that people like him are unable to 'come up' in life (whatever it means).

Delivery drivers who ply their trades on the roads together with other men who also make a living on the roads are often rubbing their shoulders with enforcement officers. Its always wise to be law abiding despite sometimes having to waste a few minutes of precious time finding the right spot for pick ups or deliveries. The fines are simply crippling for an everyday working man and may cost up to a full day's wages.
