Driver involved in dispute Sticks out a Tongue caked with whitish residue known as Papillae

A driver involved in a dispute which became viral after he stuck out his tongue had some observant people pointing out his tongue was caked in a whitish substance.

Googling the condition, this was the explanation :
"White tongue is the result of an overgrowth and swelling of the fingerlike projections (papillae) on the surface of your tongue. The appearance of a white coating is caused by debris, bacteria and dead cells getting lodged between the enlarged and sometimes inflamed papillae."

This condition could be responsible for severe bad breath and is commonly associated with poor dental hygiene. There are many remedies online which teaches people with such condition how to get rid of it. It is unknown how this particular person came to have such a severe case of papillae but perhaps it’s of no coincidence that one of the first gestures which popped up in his mind during the alteration was to display the extremely vulgar tongue display indicating ‘cunnilingus’ towards the other driver who merely sounded a horn to alert him to the danger presented.
