Intoxicated Man lays Unconscious on the Streets Surrounded by "Brownish" Substance

Netizens on a local website complained about a man they had seen laying openly in full view of the public at the roadside. He appears to be surrounded by some form of brownish fluids and he attracted stares from many passerby.

He could have been drunk or simply intoxicated by some form of unknown substance.

Singaporeans which has a traditionally conservative Asian culture take pride in their orderly society and frown on such display of drunkenness.

We hope the man turns out to be fine and he gets the appropriate help necessary. Such levels of intoxication is never healthy even for fully grown men.
