A Netizen complaints about a man who scolded her after she refused to give him money he was begging for. He claims he will expose her because the money he desperately needs is for his "Sick" Mother.

It is NOT known why he is NOT finding a job and working to make money if what he claims about his "Sick" Mother is true. Instead he chooses to harass passerbys and hold them responsible for the cost of taking care of his sick mother.
