Two Cars Appear to Gang Up and Suddenly Brakes In front of Driver causing Accident. Scam?

A Horrifying moment was captured on car dashboard Camera when two cars which were driving on the highway appeared to gang up in order to cause an accident to car driven by a local driver.

The video shows the driver driving down a local highway smoothly. What transpired in next few seconds will be utterly shocking.

As the driver begins to filter left in order to exit the car in the front suddenly brakes forcing the victim to brake in response and he tries to keep the the far left in order to safely proceed with his journey. As the victim entered the left lane, the car in front without warning applies emergency brakes thus forcing the victim brake sharply in response. This caused the victims car to veer slightly and hit the car which was already positioned "Strategically" on his right.
