Thick, honey and soya based, oriental barbeque sauce

Roasted Barbecue Pork Recipe:
1. Cut 450g (1 lb) pork tenderloin into 2 strips
2. Marinate with 5 teaspoon char siu sauce for 2 hours
3. Bake in a preheat oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes
4. Turn and bake for another 15 minutes
5. Brush with honey and bake for 2 more minutes
