Netizen Raven Qiu Shared on social media a video that shows what appears to be young girls smoking brazenly on SBS buses.  They pass the cigarette around between them. The current legal age to smoke is 19 Years of age. The age will be increased to 21 gradually.

Young girls who perform such acts are often under the impression that their actions are "Cool". Teens with emotional issues and a deep desire to find that unique personality in themselves may act it out in various ways. Many tend to grow out of us....but unfortunately many do not. 

There are a huge range of halfway houses and institutions like boys homes and Girls homes which can cater to a large number of teens. Girls like those above who have antisocial behaviors are the ones most likely to find that these institutions were build at the cost of millions for girls precisely like themselves.
