Man Molested Neighbour In Her Unit, Before Having A 3 Hour Standoff With Police In His Own Flat

A video was recently unloaded onto Sg Chinese Community Facebook page regarding an unemployed man having a three-hour standoff with the police. According to the post, the standoff took place on 18 Jan 2021 around 11am in the morning. The location was at blk 885A Tampines St 83. 

The man had entered a female neighbour's unit and molested her before escaping back to his own unit. The victim was working from home and deciding to take a nap in her room, but she had forgotten to lock her door. 

After committing the act, the man had locked himself in his unit from 12 noon to around 3pm before being apprehended by the police.
