Man Accused of Urinating in HDB Corridor by Resident Claims He Came up to 'Smoke' and 'Urinate' due to 'Emergency' (Full Video)

A video uploaded by a netizen shows what appears to be a resident confronting a man who he accused of urinating along his corridor. The man then claims he was there due to 'Emergency' and thus came to urinate and smoke.

Public urination is an offense as it is a biological hazard to others. Smoking under a roof is illegal and the man should have smoked in a designated smoking spot.

It is unknown what he was doing loitering at this place as he obviously isn't a resident in the area. If he had a home nearby he may have rushed home instead to relief his 'emergency'.
