Mentally Challenged Man Seen Attacking Plastic Objects in Children's Playground

A video was posted on Facebook by a local netizen (Screenshot below) showing what appears to be a mentally deranged man kicking and punching plastic toy houses at a local Child's playground which are meant for children to enjoy after school hours. 

The video shows what appears to be a man who is likely to be either high on substances like glue or mentally challenged raining kicks and punches on plastic inanimate objects at a children's playground and later walks towards the cameraman grinning with facial features hinting of someone in its final stages of mentally degenerative illness. An insensitive person videos him. The video later finds its way online.

Glue sniffing is one of the main causes of brain damage and its dangers have been widely publicized. For anyone who encounters such deranged individuals, they are advised to stay clear for their own safety and seek either advice from the local authorities or IMH (see next paragraph).
