Two Girls Missing, Aged 12 and 14. Last Spotted 11 February

The Police are appealing to the public for any witnesses who have spotted these girls who have gone missing. The missing girls are both Sisters aged 12 and 14-years old.

They were both last spotted on 11 February, 2021 at approximately 11am.

The elder girl was spotted wearing a cropped blue top with black pants. The younger girl was last seen wearing a white and black striped cropped top and flair pants. (refer to photos)

Anyone who has any information to share can do so by contacting the authorities at police hotline 1800-255-0000 or Police emergency at 999.

Update - At 4 pm 22 October, 2019 Netizen Jason Ng Shared a photo publicly in social media showing another photo of the girl having a meal with her family with the text in Chinese Appealing for the girl to return soon as she is missed very much.

A Girl has gone missing and authorities are looking for information on her whereabouts.
The
Kidnapping in Singapore carries the potential DEATH PENALTY.
Any Adult found trying to hide a minor will face severe legal persecution to the maximum extent of the law. Anyone who has information regarding this young girl who is a minor is welcomed to come forward to provide information.

In the small city state like Singapore its impossible to "Hide" or "Conceal" someone for long. There are many ways minors who have ran away, men who went AWOL or even fugitives have been found.

1. Eventually a person will fall sick at some point which may demand the need for urgent medical intervention. Doctors are obliged to report missing people once treatment is required.

2. If the person is running away, eventually he/she will become a liability both financial and legally to the person hiding/assisting him/her.

3. A missing person can never find a job or seek any form of employment and any member of the public may report a sighting which will result in an immediate closure of the case.

4. If an adult is found to be exploiting a minor, the eventual outcome will be devastating to the guilty party to the point that any benefit derived from such an act will never outweigh the legal liability.

5. Police conduct random screening daily of hundreds if not thousands of random members of the public. The odds of being randomly picked out is higher than winning the lottery.

6. If a person is "running away" having to spend the rest of their lives indoors is NOT an attractive proposition. Its like being in a physical prison. On the flip side a loving family is awaiting the safe return of the person. Thus the eventual PULL home is always stronger than the PUSH factors.

7. Every member of the public is a potential eye for finding the missing person. Whoever does assist in the concealing of an individual must prepare to be the slave to that person for the long run. Imagine having to always be the one having to go out to buy everything the person needs in order to keep the hidden person indoors. Imagine always having the fear that the minor will mature and unless one can read her mind, the constant paronia of one day returning only to find the person gone forever with much legal liability coming your way.
