Child Dangles off the Side of a Building and Eventually Falls

A horrifying video and moment was captured on camera. This appears to be located in China where a child was seen dangling off the side of the building's balcony. Crowds below scrambled and screamed trying to attract the attention of the child's parents. 

The child eventually after dangling with bare hands for a long while lost his energy and fell. Watch and see the outcome.

Parents are eventually responsible for children's welfare and upbringing. Some parents are especially fond of pushing blame and blaming others for their child's flaws from school teachers, coaches, authorities and even strangers. Eventually no one has to live with and see the child and live under the same roof with the brat they will make him to be except themselves. With proper parenting and foresight this entire dangerous episode could have been avoided.

We seriously hope the child's parents take responsibility, educate, install necessary safety features and exercise foresight and drawing lesson from this incident. Otherwise no one in this world will mourn their child if this happens again. Things could turn out much worse in the future. Take charge. Be a model parent.
