A Video uploaded by Some Individuals show a foreign looking woman dancing and harassing traffic passing by on a busy road. She then picks a Taxi and proceeds to lay herself down on the bonnet of the vehicle.

The woman based on her behavior could be under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol. Such behavior are frowned upon by Singaporeans who are well known for being orderly, polite and law abiding.
