Insane Man Stands in Middle of Singapore Road Using a HAMMER to Strike at Vehicles (Arrested)

A video shared online shows a man on a busy Singapore road using a hammer to strike at passing vehicles. He appears 'disturbed' and is surrounded by Police. Despite pleas to get off the road and lay down his weapon, he continues to be disruptive and is finally seen to strike at a passing truck. A police officer lunges at him and neutralizes him.
