Man Accused of Stealing a Hand Phone Kneels and "Proposes" Forgiveness for his act

A video started making its rounds showing what appears to be a man accused of stealing a phone kneeling to plead for forgiveness from the man he presumably offended. The man standing refuses to entertain any notion of the act.

The kneeling man that stands up and suddenly makes a break and tries to charge past his captor. The standing man swiftly brings him to the floor and kneels over him holding him till the police arrives to handle the situation.
