Netizen Complaints in Viral Posting about RUDE PRC Bus Driver who was 'Shouting' and 'Arguing'

While commuting a local netizen expressed her disappointment that the bus driver was 'arguing' and 'shouting' at customers. She posted on social media which has been widely circulated and received hundreds of comments on multiple postings by others who re-posted the article.

Note that shouting can be due to the loud bus when the engine roars and she has to try to speak above the noise and arguing cannot be a one way thing. One needs another to argue with. However anyone who works in the customer service should smile and be nice to all. Otherwise being on the front line is not a job that suits the fiery or angry. Do also note that many bus drivers have been complimented by customers due to their polite and nice natures.

Its important to note that in our day to day travels we may encounter different people with different levels of anxiety or stress levels. Do not let a simple bitter angry person upset you or spoil your day. Be happy and smile. Maybe the world may (just maybe) smile with you too.
